Ana Rosa Aguilar, Receptionist & Coggins Lab Technician
Ana Rosa Aguilar was born in Durango, Mexico and moved to Fredericksburg when she was two-years-old. She graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 2005, and began working for Equine Veterinary Services in 2015.
In 2018, Dr. Franklin and Dr. Moskosky purchased the practice and renamed it Fredericksburg Equine and Small Animal Veterinary Services. Ana stayed on as receptionist and helped ensure a smooth transition. She is a vital part of the FEVS team, and is “glad to be here long enough to watch the clinic grow and progress.” One of Ana’s favorite parts of her job is that it allows her to be social, because she is a people person! Ana also enjoys our patients. She has always liked dogs, but over the years she’s also come to love horses.
In addition to her receptionist duties, Ana also runs our Coggin’s lab and performs other lab technician duties. Her main interest is Equine Infectious Anemia, but she enjoys anything that has to do with running labs.
Ana is married and a mother of one son and two daughters. They have a family dog named “Rhino.”
