Angel Walle was born in Francisco Madero, Durango (Mexico) and began working with horses when he was eight-years-old. He was raised on a ranch, and his brothers taught him how to handle and train horses. As an adult, Angel moved to the United States to pursue new opportunities.

In 2010, Angel began working for Dr. Craig King at Equine Veterinary Services. Dr. Franklin and Dr. Mososky purchased the clinic in 2018 and renamed it Fredericksburg Equine Veterinary Services. In March 2020, the practice was renamed Fredericksburg Equine and Small Animal Veterinary Service to reflect the expanding number of small animal patients. Angel stayed on as a veterinary technician throughout the growth of the clinic, and he remains an important member of the team.

Angel has been married for over 20 years. He has a daughter in elementary school and a son who is attending college.
