Capri Carter has had a life-long love for animals. Her love for horses, in particular, began when she was two years old. Since then, Capri has owned, loved, and cared for an assortment of equine companions and pets. 

Originally from Utah, Capri moved to Texas at the age of eighteen to work on ranches and train horses. In 2016, she settled in the Hill Country where she managed a horse ranch for the following eight years. Capri joined our team in May 2024, bringing a wealth of equine handling experience and a dedication to excellent veterinary care.

In her free time, Capri enjoys barrel racing, camping in the Utah mountains, and traveling. She currently has three horses named Shasta, Tease, and Denim, and two dogs named Ellie and Myla.
