Jordan Lake was born in Dallas, TX and moved to Fredericksburg as a young child. She graduated from Fredericksburg High School in 2008. Throughout her life, horses, dogs, cats, rabbits and a long list of assorted furry creatures have benefited from her love of animals and caring nature.

Jordan has one son and two daughters. After a few years living on acreage outside of Dallas, she and her family returned to the Hill Country. They now live on a ranch home in Harper and enjoy room for her children and rescue dogs & cats to play. With Jordan’s love of horses, it’s only a matter of time until a horse or three will join them.

Upon moving back to her Hill Country roots, Jordan enjoyed working with the Hill Country SPCA. Immersed in a world of animals in need of healthcare, socializing, and ultimately the placement into forever homes, this was the launch of a dream career. The job offered great training and expanded education. In addition, she was able to work closely with area vets and clinics. She established a relationship with the Fredericksburg Equine and Small Animal Veterinary Services staff and an opportunity arose to allow her to expand her knowledge and offer even greater service to the community and the animals that live here. As a veterinary assistant, Jordan happily embraces the opportunity to nurture all animals, large or small!
